rozen by the extreme cold of the region, the Deadwood Forest stands as testament to a time once greener. The forest is covered with frost and snow, which impedes travel greatly. Much of what is known of the area concerns the inhabitants, which are mainly small animals such as squirrels and arctic foxes. Several trails lead through the forest, allowing passage into the depths of snowy Arctica in the north. To the south lies the much more hospitable confines of the Ershteep Forest, which is much livelier, and the great Dunes of Thakilran.
