ome way from the fair city-state of Nevrast, so explorers claim, is a cavern complex claimed by cruel, malevolent drow, dark elves from the Underdark who have found a way to the Surface and made a base. Rumor has it that some sort of bestial lesser creatures guard the lair and serve the drow sorcerer who rules there. No one knows how these drow have accomplished this journey, for no other explorer has ever found a passage between the Surface and the depths of the world below.
