The forest, situated in the foothills of the Stoneforge Mountains, has become extremely hazardous to travelers of late, as it has been occupied by the fierce soldiers of the Order, a splinter group from within Darkendale itself. The forest is bordered by the Ironmark Highlands to the west and the Sierra Mountain Range to the east.
