he Elemental Plane of Ice is a dimension of utter cold, inhabited by strange elemental beings of snow and ice, and occasional savage ice demons. Slightly removed from the normal mortal realms, this place can only be reached by a single vortex from the Surface world. Sages argue and disagree wildly about the location of that vortex, just as they argue about the true nature and intent of the elemental creatures who dwell on the far side.
