Mini-Mud

On entering the Surface world for the first time, a new character passes through the Introduction to Mozart and arrives at the beginner killing grounds of the Mini-Mud, a special training area prepared by Tarcus and his brother to give new adventurers a place to practice their skills in relative safety. They set up five distinct areas, each with unique terrain and different enemies to fight. In order to help beginning adventurers, they also set up resting rooms between areas where combatants may rest and recover between sections. Make sure to take advantage of them! To insure that nobody would get lost, Tarcus insisted that signs and clues be placed in as many places as possible, so be sure to look at everything around you. Useful information will be all around; all you have to do is simply look for it.

The Mini-Mud will give you small examples of what you will face in the larger world of Mozart Mud. You will find creatures to fight, challenges to solve, equipment to gain, and a small test at the end to see if you have learned the lessons being taught. You can learn the basics of how to interact with your environment in the Mini-Mud, from fighting, to communicating, to obtaining new equipment. Go, and remember to look around you!
