he woodlands to the east of Graecia and around the base of Mount Olympus are not all places of peace and serenity. Thieves, bandits, and vicious beasts lurk in the woods, preying on unsuspecting explorers. But of greater danger by far are the section of woods named Dah'l-tan, which an evil lich of enormous magical power has chosen to make his own. This undead archmage has populated the woods with lesser undead including a travesty of nature—a unicorn lich—and a powerful zombie lord, while allowing vicious fish-men and lizard-men to populate the shores and floor of the forest's large lake. Explorers are warned that the greatest caution should be employed when entering this region.
