lowing brightly over the sometimes deadly Sea of Dragons, Katsukyo Lighthouse is the primary source of direction for the ships that travel from all over the world to Katsukyo to deliver and receive their wares. The lighthouse is located on the mainland tip where the Shirow River empties into the Dragon Sea. This useful source of light unfortunately attracts not only the ships it was built for, but the pirates that prey on them as well.
