he town of Little Kyoto is a happy place at first glance, ruled by a benevolent Shogun and protected by his well-trained, disciplined and honorable samurai knights, who strive to keep the citizenry safe from any threat that might come marauding over the White Mountains from Mordor. But tensions are present beneath the surface, as not all the populace are happy with the high taxes they have to pay in order to maintain their Shogun's luxurious royal court and the samurai guard force, and no doubt darker elements might seek to turn this to their own advantage. After all, this land is responsible for the concept of the assassin brotherhood known as the ninja, and rumors speak of ghosts that haunt the crypts.
