 n the wild places of the Underdark, the duergar have constructed an outpost to serve as a staging post for their raids and to watch the activities of their enemies and rivals. The command of the outpost has been given to a surprisingly young duergar captain by the name of Belthur, who must be more talented than his youth might suggest, and a number of capable duergar guards serve under his command here. The drow and other powers are doubtless searching for ways to sabotage or eliminate the outpost, but thus far it remains standing.
