 he Soulforge Falls cascade out of the Gemsting Caves through the heart of the svirfnebli city of Galtherdelve to land in the lake of Mistpool in its lower reaches, quite close to the notable Traveler's Rest Inn. The lake is rich in fish, and many svirfnebli citizens come here to catch fresh fish for their meals. However, they compete for the fish with an infestation of vicious bats as well as larger predatory fish. Some of the braver svirfnebli hunt the bats too, utilizing magic to fly after their quarry through the thick mists that surround the lake and give it its name.
