Nellas' Tower

 powerful mage in the service to House Tormtor, Nellas built his residence atop a large tower he created with his magic. Populating the lower reaches with creatures loyal to him, he resides on the topmost floor where he may work his magic uninterrupted. Nellas guards his privacy jealously, and has left firm instruction that none should be allowed into his tower.
