Nyorl'k el'Berad

his edifice, situated in the north-central part of the central district of the city of Aluhryn, is commonly known among the drow who rule that city and their slaves alike as "the Museum". Here, the rulers of the city have created a repository of cages and cells filled with captives representative of the many disgusting faerie races of the accursed Surface, the better to educate young drow, duergar, and half-demons, and properly instruct the slave soldiers, in the ways of their hereditary enemies, and equip them to fight those enemies if they are ever encountered in less controlled conditions. The Matron Mothers have provided a wide selection of captives for visitors to the Museum to battle: many different races of faerie scum, and many different levels of ability among the enemy, to properly challenge their own. Well-trained drow guards are stationed at key points to prevent revolt by the captives.

Older drow citizens also often frequent the Museum as paying customers; these drow gain their amusement by watching the younger warriors battle the faeries.
